Pros

Liebherr is a worldwide company with over 50000 employees. I have always felt comfortable to work at Liebherr. In 2018 Liebherr started to hire younger colleagues to stay with the times. Liebherr gave me great opportunities to improve myself.

Pros

Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

Cons

Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
