      Pros

      Barely any pros to this job. I guess you can say the health insurance is nice and the PTO

      Cons

      Management is ran by children that cant stand up for themselves and take it out on the hourly employees that work hard. Slow growth as well, can't compete with other manufacturing jobs when it comes to pay.

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
