      Opportunity to travel abroad. Technical training, reasonable salary. Strong brand all over the world. Good infrastructure to work. Reasonable benefits. Good work enviroment.

      Cons

      Steady Career. Poor policy for Career development. Salary could be higher and compared to the world wide big players. To offer better health insurance.

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
