Cons

Mining truck build schedule is constantly changing leading to rework and constant changes needing to be made. Your work load will steadily increase and you will be asked to be more efficient.

Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

Cons

Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
