Where do I start? -Office politics and b***ing, cults and groups - If they don't like you, they will find a way to fire you - Overworked, old-fashioned working hours - Old systems like BAAN from 2006... - Disorganised teams not working together and issues crop up for different departments

Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

Cons

Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
