      Pros

      Good job if you keep to yourself and do as you're told, even if it doesn't make sense. Better salaries than some local businesses. A very quiet environment.

      Cons

      Clear expectations are provided sparingly. Truck deadlines are driven, but are imaginary. When coworkers realize the truth it's hard to find people who truly care about their job. Management relies on confusing its employees and retaliates against those who question things.

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
