      Liebherr is an excellent company to work for. I would absolutely recommend them. Except for IT.

      An inexperienced narcissist had been promoted above his ability and ruined a perfectly good Team.

      Pros

      Decent pay, great benefits, nice Christmas party for the company and bonuses at the end of every year.

      Cons

      Poor management skills, toxic work environment, cut back on hybrid schedule so took away from work life balance, no employee recognition or chance to advance.
