As we carry on our journey in life together to the best of our skills and talents and build up a better man, woman and child. From the youngest of our young to our senior's and elders. While showing & providing respect , integrity, virtue & dignity to those around us.

I have and suffer from aniexity, schizophrenia, dementia and bipolar type 2 disorder. I also have a prediabetic type 2 condition. Sometimes I get dysle- xic.
