Pros

Life.Church is not only a place where you can live out your calling to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ, but it is an amazing organization to work for. You are truly cared for as a person, and there are so many opportunities to grow and develop as a person and in your leadership. I love the people I work with - we have so much fun together!

Cons

To be successful at Life.Church, you must be humble, flexible, resilient, self aware, teachable. You also must have amazing work ethic, be culturally relevant, and have a sense of humor. If this doesn't describe you at your core being, then Life.Church is not for you. I have worked at Life.Church for a year and a half and I honestly don't have anything bad to say. I love what I get to do, but I will say that I have worked harder and grown more in the last year and a half than I have my whole working career prior. Life.Church stretches you, refines you, and pushes you to be better. That's not a con, unless you hate to be uncomfortable, and then maybe it is.

Pros

I like to keep up with there necessities and provide where needed and do all as required and needed, while seek'ing to make friend's. It is a custom of my people from Mexico to apply ourselves to the best of our ability. As we carry on our journey in life together to the best of our skills and talents and build up a better man, woman and child. From the youngest of our young to our senior's and elders. While showing & providing respect , integrity, virtue & dignity to those around us.

Cons

I have and suffer from aniexity, schizophrenia, dementia and bipolar type 2 disorder. I also have a prediabetic type 2 condition. Sometimes I get dysle- xic.
