Pros

I love that there is no cap to how much I can grow as a leader and that I am pushed by my peers to improve as a leader as well as a follower of Jesus.

Cons

There are weeks that we work very long hours and it can be draining. When I think about what I am working longer hours for, to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ, it is so worth it.

Pros

I like to keep up with there necessities and provide where needed and do all as required and needed, while seek'ing to make friend's. It is a custom of my people from Mexico to apply ourselves to the best of our ability. As we carry on our journey in life together to the best of our skills and talents and build up a better man, woman and child. From the youngest of our young to our senior's and elders. While showing & providing respect , integrity, virtue & dignity to those around us.

Cons

I have and suffer from aniexity, schizophrenia, dementia and bipolar type 2 disorder. I also have a prediabetic type 2 condition. Sometimes I get dysle- xic.
