LifeChurch.tv has an incredible passion for developing people to become better. I absolutely love the fact that there is always something more to accomplish, always a better way to do something. There is always something new to dream about and make a reality. I have full confidence that the organization cares more about me as an individual than about what I can do for them, and that attitude carries into everything I do. It's the best organization I've ever worked for.
Cons
The staff is lean on purpose. It requires people to collaborate together, which is great. What can be challenging is when you add to that high expectations of excellence and achievement, as well as the pressure of other people depending on that achievement. You NEED to develop other people and volunteers around you - this is not the organization for a lone wolf.
