Pros

1. Benefits are very good. 2. Most coworkers are kind and genuine. 3. The CEO is an incredible authentic leader (I strongly recommend listening to the Craig Groeschel leadership podcast). 4. The mission is clear.

Cons

1. The pay is pretty low while expectations are very high. 2. Passion trumps competence when it comes to performance or promotion. 3. There is a lack of solid leaders in many parts of the organization. 4. Work/life balance is difficult to obtain/maintain.

Amazing team at the campus that I am at. Benefits are outstanding from our insurance to our 401K

Cons

Long hours can be hard at times, but we have a flexible schedule during the week.

Pros

I like to keep up with there necessities and provide where needed and do all as required and needed, while seek'ing to make friend's. It is a custom of my people from Mexico to apply ourselves to the best of our ability. As we carry on our journey in life together to the best of our skills and talents and build up a better man, woman and child. From the youngest of our young to our senior's and elders. While showing & providing respect , integrity, virtue & dignity to those around us.

Cons

I have and suffer from aniexity, schizophrenia, dementia and bipolar type 2 disorder. I also have a prediabetic type 2 condition. Sometimes I get dysle- xic.
