Pros
Working at a mission-driven Church like Life.Church is the best - there is nothing like working at Life.Church. Every day I get to live out my calling to reach and lead people, with coworkers I love. We really work hard, but we have a ton of fun. And it is incredible to work at a place that cares deeply about our personal/spiritual development, committed to excellence, and passionate about leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
Cons
These could be perceived as downsides if you are not called to this mission (I do not see these as downsides, but as requirements of being called to this mission) = we work hard (but have a ton of fun), feedback is a regular part of our organization (it makes us better), we get to own our own development (and have people and resources to help us lead ourselves).
