Pros

Leaders and coworkers who genuinely care about you as a person Every single person is committed to the mission and vision Opportunities to grow and develop professionally, personally, and spiritually

Cons

Fast pace can be a challenge There are tons of opportunities to grow and learn, but you have to want it and pursue it There's always more to do and more people to care for--it can be challenging to unplug or step away

While work ethic is one of our attributes, we also recognize the importance of balancing work with rest. Like your leaders, we genuinely care about your well-being and strongly encourage you to prioritize rest for yourself and your family. We encourage you to connect with your leader about this so they can walk alongside and support you. Thank you for your openness in sharing your heart and thoughts with us!

Pros

I like to keep up with there necessities and provide where needed and do all as required and needed, while seek'ing to make friend's. It is a custom of my people from Mexico to apply ourselves to the best of our ability. As we carry on our journey in life together to the best of our skills and talents and build up a better man, woman and child. From the youngest of our young to our senior's and elders. While showing & providing respect , integrity, virtue & dignity to those around us.

Cons

I have and suffer from aniexity, schizophrenia, dementia and bipolar type 2 disorder. I also have a prediabetic type 2 condition. Sometimes I get dysle- xic.
