I'm so incredibly thankful to get to work at Life.Church! The leaders have integrity, they care about people individually and intentionally, and they take care of us generously with our benefits. Our mission of leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ is always at the forefront of our minds, and we're passionate about being big enough to reach the one while being small enough to care for each individual one. I love that I get to be part of this! We empower young leaders, we invest in all leaders, and we help people discover their God-given strengths and talents. Our development culture and desire for excellence are truly incredible, and I am regularly so thankful to get to work here. Our leaders offer trust and flexibility freely, and we're given a high amount of autonomy and authority to lead in our areas. I also love everyone I work with, and the people here are passionate about following Jesus and helping more and more people come to know Him. Working here is a gift to me and my family!
