Pros

Life.Church is a well run organization that knows what it's doing and how to care for people. You know what is expected of you and how to succeed in your role. Teams are small which leads to great camaraderie. At a campus level every staff member is a pastor of multiple teams with also a lot of administrative responsibilities. Knowing Life.Church is an established church, you should know that while you have the freedom to run your ministry how you see fit. There are many things that you don't get a say on changing things.

Cons

Every campus is very different, so while at one campus you may have a boss that seems to care more that you get your job done and are in office for 40 hours a week, another campus may care more that you are out in the community caring for people. This unknown can lead to some long adjustment periods.

Pros

I like to keep up with there necessities and provide where needed and do all as required and needed, while seek'ing to make friend's. It is a custom of my people from Mexico to apply ourselves to the best of our ability. As we carry on our journey in life together to the best of our skills and talents and build up a better man, woman and child. From the youngest of our young to our senior's and elders. While showing & providing respect , integrity, virtue & dignity to those around us.

Cons

I have and suffer from aniexity, schizophrenia, dementia and bipolar type 2 disorder. I also have a prediabetic type 2 condition. Sometimes I get dysle- xic.
