In ministry, our calling is attached to us, not a place. I have the opportunity to walk out God's calling within me at a place I truly cherish. I've grown up here from a single guy to married with 3 kids (2 teenagers 😳) and it's been an amazing ride. God has used this place to stretch me, invest in me, trust me, care for me, develop me, and challenge me as a calling became a career. The senior leadership team has been in place for nearly 3 decades and is humble, kind, and wise. The mission of this church is exciting to get up each day and pursue.
Cons
There aren't any cons that I have to list about working here. If there were, it'd be on me, with my tenure and leadership role, to work with those above me to resolve them. Posting them here would be irresponsible and petty.

I like to keep up with there necessities and provide where needed and do all as required and needed, while seek'ing to make friend's. It is a custom of my people from Mexico to apply ourselves to the best of our ability. As we carry on our journey in life together to the best of our skills and talents and build up a better man, woman and child. From the youngest of our young to our senior's and elders. While showing & providing respect , integrity, virtue & dignity to those around us.
Cons
