Pros
Positive culture, leadership development, opportunities for advancement, exciting mission, beauty of the campus, work-life balance, benefits package, forward thinking.
Cons
The culture has improved beyond my wildest hopes in the last five years. I suspect it's still better for someone in an administrative or professional position than for front-line associates, though. I hope to see better pay and benefits extended to all associates, especially those in direct service to residents.
