      Pros

      Residents are awesome and they are very appreciative of the work you do for them.

      Cons

      Management sucks all the way around and they are quick to fire people without investigation. You have to bring up issues in writing or it didn’t happen. Make sure you CYA all the time. Nurses are lazy and STNAs are always short staffed.

      Pros

      The residents are nice and co-workers are good. You have a chance to do a lot of different things. Not boring.

      Cons

      They grew a lot and it is becoming more corporate. It's take a long time for decisions to be made and it leads to confusion.
