      Pros

      Loved the work environment and all the people I worked with!

      Cons

      Hated the hours and the pay was terrible. Worst experience leaving the company I have ever had in my life! Me and a friend who left have been members for 4-12 YEARS!!!! And both of us are not allowed back after trying to put in 2 week notices and attempting to leave on good terms. They LIED and said we smashed them on Social Media and told management we left on poor terms when we have actively been recruiting to still get them memberships!

      Free Membership Cool employees Discounts on services

      They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
