      Pros

      The days and hours I am scheduled to work only change three times a year (with the exception of special events). I receive a free membership to the club for myself and my children. I am able to bring my children to work with me.

      Cons

      I was hired in making minimum wage. Despite excellent job performance, I have never received a raise. The following of policies and procedures is inconsistent.

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
