      Free/discounted services: Free membership, discounted spa rates (very good as I remember), free childcare if you work in that department

      Cons

      Company puts alot of pressure on management to perform which has a trickle down affect through out the club.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
