      Pros

      Free membership and the gym is open 24/7 the pools are large and they have a wet and dry sauna.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible for the amount of work you have to do, everyone who goes there is very ignorant.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
