      Training is decent with a lot of upfront shadowing and a trip to Corporate

      Cons

      Hours and pay need to be improved. Too many advisor rely on the occasional 'free to join' incentives before they see a decent paycheck

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
