      Pros

      good people that band together but not enough to keep me there. always found myself getting taught which was a huge plus and i loved the people around me and the culture.

      Cons

      bad management and the values around were not enough with what we got paid to keep anyone around. it was messy and undervaluing.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
