      Love Life Time, loved the people I worked with. Super easy job. Free Gym Membership!

      Cons

      Hours vary constantly, hard to giveaway shifts if you need time off or are sick!, guest policy is crazy, always fighting with members, pay could be better for what we have to deal with

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
