      Pros

      It is extremely fun to work at this gym, there are a lot of good looking people so you might find a date! Also the quality is superb

      Cons

      Challenges are being overlooked sometimes for positions, new hire hours suck, you do not get your family and friends on a membership for free like a lot of people may think

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
