- Decent entry level pay-- Level I: $12-$15, Level II: $16-$19, Lead Level III and regular Level III: $20-$25.
Cons
- Company does not show their value for their tenure employees through enough $ based on the current economy
- Department leaders are under too much stress from upper management. Translates into them stressing their TM's
- PTO does not accrue fast enough. Sick days per year are about 2 full shifts. Don't get sick!
- Not enough mentorship or guidance in Concierge if you are wanting to work your way up. Favorites have better chances.
- The pay is hard to live on if you are independent without any roommates or partner helping with finances.
