Pros

You won’t have a hard time finding the equipment you need to give your clients the best experience possible.

Cons

As described in the headline, this is a micromanaged facility with many cliques. As many have described, the pay is 100% commission. Even if you have a 16,000 hour month, you are still walking away with around four to $5000 a month. Then, they will expect you to be at the facility for your entire shift (6-3pm for example), while not paying you a dime for any time that you’re not with a client. Additionally, I was on a flex schedule after earning a $14,000 trailing average over a three month span. When my trailing average went below 14,000, they put me back on my regular schedule due to me, not hitting my quota. As soon as I left the meeting with my boss, I found out that one of my other colleagues had a flex schedule while making $10,000 a month less than me. The company does not care about its people. They care about the bottom line dollar and what you can do for the company. I now work as a fully remote employee, and have no ambition of ever coming back to even work out at lifetime athletic.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
