Pros
A steady job. That's it.
Cons
Low salaries. Chronic staff shortages for over a year. High expectations from management with little to no incentives to do so. This company gave out $11 million dollars in bonuses to its corporate staff yet pays its employees the least it can and expects us to be happy about all of it. Management has blocked the department from giving raises, bonuses and any other incentives yet the same management is incentivized to keep staff at a minimum then they brag about quarter-over-quarter profits. It's an INSULT to staff to sit through quarterly meetings to see these numbers then are expected to be happy about $25 gift cards handed to only one of us. Lifebridge overall pays LOW to all of their staff then gladly boasts about their motto: Care Bravely. But we received no hazardous pay during COVID, while all the other hospitals did. You're right. We're caring bravely when we enter a company that brags about the MILLIONS they've spent on cosmetic upgrades to the lobby yet employees don't even make a living wage unless you're one of the ones who's accrued $100k or more in student loan debt just to make a living wage.
