-The billing department will scam the patients. They take money for appointments before verifying benefits. They will take the money immediately but expect patients to wait weeks for a refund.
-They want you to be self sufficient but keep you in the dark about things until last minute.
-Will analyze your performance but give no tools or additional training.
-They hire managers with no knowledge or management training.
-If a patient request to speak to a manager, they WONT.
-Patients have a late / no show fee, but providers will cancel on you with no consideration.
-Front office/Psych Coordinators are over worked
This company will use you and then set you up to fail.
