No paid time off is absolutely a k)iller to clinicians. With the cost of living as high as it is and families to care for, most cannot afford to take any time off. This leads to burnout and impacts quality of care and could lead to being a serious a liability issue for the company.
Corporate policies are created by shareholders and non-clinicians, and can dehumanize the clients and workers as money begins to overtake quality of care. Eventually this will lead to major turnover and poor company reviews, and likely hurt the bottom line altogether. Lack of diversity and cultural humility.
