Pros

None. This place was the absolute worst and I'm leaving traumatized and in my own therapy from the experience.

Cons

I don't even know where to start. Training was non existent even though you attend a week long training week, if I was doing something wrong my first month I had 3 different managers tell me 3 different way to handle it. I was given clients I wasn't comfortable with treating and was told I had to see them and complained to several managers about this. I never felt supported and was told something one was but magically expected to do it different and to know better without being told anything different. Sound confusing? Yep. If I received a client complaint I was told my managers were there to support me but rather than asking me about anything that might have happen I was reprimanded (and never allowed to address the situation and discuss what Happen as their employee. I was treated bad.

Pros

Incredible place to work to build experience, receive supervision while supporting a diverse client population. Extremely flexible hours, opportunity to either work from home or in office with administrative staff. Truly caring, intentional, experienced regional leaders that are open to feedback and value their employees.

Cons

Working in mental health in a publicly held corporation has its conflicts of interest. No paid vacation time for FT employees which is counterintuitive to the work we do as trauma informed providers. No paid training. Profitability and bottom-line results for shareholders should not be reason to think of long term needs and burnout potential of providers.
