This company needs to make a lot of changes to improve employee satisfaction. They have a high turnover rate because employees keep quitting. Management does not listen to employee feedback, and instead of addressing the issues mentioned in surveys, they try to work around them.
Most companies of this size offer their employees 40 hours of paid time off (PTO) in addition to the time they accrue throughout the year. However, Lifestance only provides accrued time, which means
employees can only take a day off when they have accrued enough time. This means that if you are sick and have not accrued enough time, you won't be able to take the day off. Additionally, it takes almost two months to accrue one day off.
Furthermore, when you have accrued enough time to take some days off, you need to request those days off, and they are not guaranteed to be approved even if you request them months in advance. This
makes it hard for employees to use the time off they have accrued and does not help with work-life balance.
This situation leads to most employees getting burned out quickly and ultimately results in them quitting due to a lack of work-life balance
