I've heard office & management culture can vary wildly from office to office, so much of what I mentioned in the "pros" section may be dependent on which office/state you work in. No reimbursement available for continuing ed/professional development; this plus the lack of PTO can stymie professional growth regarding your capacity to expand your scope while working here.
