Pros

Lifetouch treats its people pretty well. I feel that my salary is good; it's just that we haven't seen raises in 3 years! Communication from corporate is very good. They are always asking our opinions on how to improve everything.

Cons

Christmas season is extremely stressful. The industry as a whole is downsizing after the recession. The biggest negative is that once you are a studio manager, there is really nowhere else to go.

The culture at Lifetouch is truly unbeatable. The company and it's employees are very passionate about what we do as a whole. Good work/life balance.

Cons

I do feel as though we could look at more ways for people to grow in their career here at Lifetouch.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
