Pros

—You work early and get off early. —No weekends.

Cons

—Seasonal —No health/dental/vision insurance unless you work a certain amount of hours (and they’ll make sure you don’t) ...don’t get sick —Low pay for tiring work...hauling heavy equipment sometimes up and down stairs-through small spaces; setting it up and taking it down; taking it in and out your car... so much fun in cold weather —Wear and tear on vehicle and the pay is not worth that —Forcing kids to smile; little room for creativity This is a job if you just really WANT to do it. Or for people that have no skills. They’ll hire anyone willing to do it.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
