Pros

It's like a family environment Flexible schedule, You travel somewhere new every day You are paid for mileage Colleagues are amazing and fun Office Staff (Beaverton) are just wonderful people There is genuine love, support, and kindness from the Photo Manager There are other opportunities available within Lifetouch and JC Penny Portrait Studios. You meet lots of great people at the schools and awesome kids. A great feeling of teamwork, from the sales team, support team, photo manager, operations manager (POM) and colleagues.

Cons

The pay could be a little better. But that's down to the corporate office and not the wonderful team and operations manager at our branch. They really do work hard to help the photographers.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
