Pros

The ESOP, but you have to have been hired prior to 2000, to participate in the real gains.

Cons

Upper/top management is not innovative or interested in really growing the company. They are only interested in protecting their ESOP values, and therefore cut, cut, cut to try to maintain or slightly grow the ESOP price. School photography is a dying industry, and instead of coming up with new non-photography products that could be sold utilizing their great relationships with the schools in America, management chose to cut the field staff and pay and maintain the status quo. Company is singularly controlled by the one man at the top and he doesn't get it or doesn't care. He is about protecting his millions.

Pros

Coworkers were always friendly and great to work with. Insurance was great.

Cons

Literally everything else. Company makes major changes every few months, firing managers across the country without replacements. Did not fire a sales rep who was committing felony fraud but fired small employees with false information. Company is 90 years old but refuses to make basic improvements. Nowhere to move up and bonus is rigged.
