-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual.
-Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field.
-Outdated Photography equipment.
-There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure.
-Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
