Pros

Flexible schedule, discounted session fees and photo prints. Employee discount for stores that the studio is located in.

Cons

I was exited about working here. However, this company do not care about their clients its all about SALES. They do not care about the quality of work you can provide for the company its all about SALES. The training is a joke you literally push one button and you're done. So if you love to sale sale sale sale this is the job for you.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
