Pros

Working with different families. I love what I do...Photography! I was able to make my passion my career. For years 7 years to be exact I saw children grow, families grow from engagements to children's birthdays. I got the chance to use my creative and artistic abilities to become a better photographer!

Cons

Hours are sometimes not guaranteed(studio) and expect to work with no breaks during peak seasons(October-December)They even had a lawsuit because of it. No time for family if you are a manager which wasn't worth the pay at the end of the day(studio). No advancement(Schools division). They stripped away benefits once Obamacare came into play. They also stripped the managers of bonuses that they worked hard on to keep the company afloat so they don't become the next CPI.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
