Great family environment between employees, rotating workspaces and coworkers daily, great being the ‘in school novelty’ for the day, paid drive time and reimbursed mileage, helpful and understanding management
Cons
A lot of last minute scheduling changes, constant changes to equipment making some previous knowledge void each year, early mornings, heavy equipment, few breaks, little to no raise opportunities
