Pros

Great product, good work environment, ok benefits package but GREAT retirement plan. The people that work at Lifetouch are their greatest asset. Company has a great future if senior management and personnel infrastructure are addressed.

Cons

Back office operations are sorely antiquated, very, very political, not always in sync with the times, pay scale is about 20% below median. Very out of touch with the times. Many years ago Lifetouch built their success on a very pro-employee culture but that no longer exists. People aren't as valued as they should be.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
