Pros
Good people, regular bonuses and increases. This position helped to sharpen my troubleshooting and planning skills. Opportunities for overtime were present. Job security.
Cons
I personally felt monetarily exploited, I didn't see much opportunity for growth. Poor training and direction given. Poor cross training. Poor product planning.
