No job stability - Buyer Lightera Employee Review

Unknowledgeable and unprepared management. I left a job of 5 years to work for this company. A couple of months into employment, I was laid off. Men with lesser experience and lesser education are paid more than women of higher value which was directly reflected within the purchasing department.
