      *There are some hard working people who really want to do the right thing - until they speak out and get laid off *The benefits are okay and the cost is good *WFH is nice *Flexible work schedule depending on your manager and department

      Cons

      *Every company has changes but Lighthouse swings back and forth like crazy! *No consistent priorities *Department leaders will ruin your future in the company if you speak out on anything being done improperly *Going broke and laying off lots of people *Cant trust most of HR department to do anything but useless training meetings

      CEO and his hand picked cronies, good at taking care of each other at the cost of folks who do the actual work. Company stopped growing after current CEO took over the helm,
