      Great co-workers who will always have your back. Collaborative work environment. No drama style personalities.

      Cons

      Seven day a week operation which isn't a real con but just makes it stressful at times. But the managers are great for helping get through the pinch points.

      You get to learn gold standard of managing up by engineering SVP,

      CEO and his hand picked cronies, good at taking care of each other at the cost of folks who do the actual work. Company stopped growing after current CEO took over the helm,
