It does have the feel of a start-up, as-in you feel invested in making this company thrive and improve. There is an active effort towards making employees feel valued. I do feel like I am part of a team that is all working towards the same goal of satisfying if not beating client expectations.

The expectations of work hours tends to be a sliding scale (going in one direction).
