      Good work life balance, super brilliant people to work with and collaborate with, lots of tech to leverage and use to solve client challenges. The people I get to work with are truly amazing and always willing to help.

      Cons

      Information sharing about updates and other changes, certainty around general goals and objectives. Need for more diverse teams.
